Yokohama Rubber applies a bubbling cleaning system - a mixture of cleaning fluid and air is flushed into the hose to clean it. As a result, the dirty tank is full of air bubbles.

It is hard to filter oil when it is full of air bubbles as the air bubbles create passages through the filter media, allowing for particles to bypass the filter systems.

As such, Triple R resolved the problem by installing a QUICKTRON air bubble remover on the CS-SU500-12PF20-4RQ bypass oil cleaning system to ensure achievable consistent filtration results and guaranteeed NAS 4 cleanliness level.

As the oil from the hose cleaning machine is pumped into a “dirty tank”. The oil from the "dirty tank" is then pumped through the CS-SU500-12PF20-4RQ,  before entering the filter housings, the air passes the Quicktron air bubble removers, therefore eliminating excessive air contamination. From the CS-SU500-12PF20-4RQ the oil flows back into a “clean tank”. From the clean tank, the oil is subsequently pumped back to the hose cleaning machine.
